We ship our amber products daily ASAP out of Tasmania and the rest is up to Australia Post. Generally times with in Australia are pretty good, but due to COVID 19, floods and life in general, delivery time frames and tracking updates are a little hard to predict.

What colour amber is the best for teething?

All Baltic Amber helps with teething however there is a slightly more active ingredient in Lighter yellow milky or raw amber, with plain brown being a close second. Choose a design with a high amount of amber for bad teething.

What size do I need for my baby?

We cannot tell you as every child is different, generally babies wear 33-35cm but to be certain use a piece of string and a ruler to check the size you need. As a general guide babies 33-35cm, children's 36-47cm and adults 47cm+. Bracelets can be harder to guess so please measure using a tape measure or a piece of string and ruler. 

How should it fit?

The necklace should fit babies so it is not too lose that it can be easily pulled over the face and so it cannot be chewed, but not too tight it is restricting. Older children and adults wear which is most comfortable.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes we do, however they are priced at the higher end of the price range. We do up to two mock ups for your approval, after 2 mock ups if you are still not satisfied, we suggest you purchase a premade item. 

Do you do exchanges and refunds?

Yes we can exchange new items with proof of purchase with in 6 weeks of purchase. Please include all your details with the return as well as a return address. It is up to the customer to pay the $1.10 postage for returns, and we will send the replacement or swap out ASAP once received. For amber items warranty can be claimed via Little Smiles Amber according to their warranty and exchange guidelines. Please keep your warranty slips in a safe place. Some times there may be a cost invoiced for extending size larger, please remember to include all your details when you return your product. 

Warranty Claims?

Our amber items come with a 1 year warranty for Amber with stones and 2 years for plain amber. Why? Because we care, but there is conditions. 

You must have the item and the warranty card to claim warranty. 

Claiming a warranty replacement with in 2 years of purchase is easy - Simply send your item back to us with the packaging slip/ warranty card long with your personal details - Name Address Phone Number.

This is a customer service we offer once benefit our customers. String will not last forever and items will need to be replaced when needed. In the instance where the colour returned is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest match in our opinion. This is a condition of our warranty claim process. 
Please keep in mind that our products are hand made, by a real person.

We will swap items under warranty with the warranty card even if-

- that have been damaged

- that have a flaw

- that have broken over time

- that have been opened the wrong way or clasp has failed

- they have been broken or cut or set of fire

We will not swap items under warranty -

- That do not have the warranty slip

- That are definitely not our product

- Instances where the item is not able to be returned

- items have been made or altered by a third party

All our amber is sourced from Australias largest amber wholesaler and is sold complete with certificate and safety instructions and is of the highest quality. 

Amber safety guide lines 

  • Always use under supervision
  • remove the amber when the child is sleeping or unsupervised
  • Inspect the amber regularly for damage or excessive wear and replace under manufacturers  warranty
  • never let a child chew or suck the amber
